What does the early release involve?
1) A setup call and update chats with the founders
2) An open line of communication about your experiences using The Phone

Is The Phone a one-time purchase?
All services are currently free after purchase of the phone. In the future, some products may become available for a small fee. These products will likely include premium versions of existing features and new features altogether.
When will my phone arrive?
Batch #18 will ship by late August, 2026.
Why do we ship in batches?
We ship in batches to give you accurate timelines and to ensure every refurbished device meets our strict quality standards. This lets us focus on thorough testing and sourcing, so you know exactly when to expect your phone — with no rushed compromises.
What is your return policy?
If you are unsatisfied, return the phone within 30 days for a refund. You will be refunded the cost of the phone, shipping, and taxes paid. You cover return shipping and a $25 restocking fee, deducted from the refund amount.
Eligibility for return when there is physical damage to the device is assessed on a case-by-case basis.
